SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures has tied up with Gujarati Rural Women Group to promote their handicrafts and help them in having sustainable livelihood for the women artisans associated with making handicrafts. This is part of mission of SwayamUpadhi.com to help artisans from all over the country and promote Indian handicrafts and handlooms all over the world.

It is a proud moment to announce that a group of women have come forward to form first Swayamupadhi Brundam. The first SwayamUpadhi brundam will explore business opportunities and launch their business venture in Foods and Beverages sector. SwayamUpadhi Brundam led by Smt Vijayalakshmi and comprising of members Smt Padmaja, Smt Pavani, Smt Swetha and Smt Madhavi have become pioneers of SwayamUpadhi Udyamam (Self Employment Movement). SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures congratulates the entire team for taking pioneering initiative of forming SwayamUpadhi Brundam and will extend all the possible support to them in becoming successful entrepreneurs. We sincerely appreciate and acknowledge the efforts of Smt Susheela of Tapasvi for her extraordinary efforts to bring people together and encouraging them to move towards entrepreneurship.

Taking forward its mission of empowering marginalised sections of the society and creating livelihoods through entrepreneurship development,   SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures founder Mr.Sridhar Gopi has initiated various field visits and consultative meetings with entrepreneurs, NGOs, Government Officials, Agencies and Individuals. Photographs of these field visits are presented in the video for the information and knowledge of all concerned.

As part of Project संकल्प SANKALP,  a signature initiative launched by SwayamUpadhi.com,  a unique  seminar on livelihood opportunities has been conducted by SwayamUpadhi.com in association with Tapasvi NGO in their office. A lot of women have participated in the program and have shown interest to launch their own business ventures. This seminar has added lot of value as far as transforming  the thinking process of women to become entrepreneurs.

SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures is committed to women empowerment and working on creating more sustainable livelihoods for women. As part of this process, Top Mission Leaders of SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures interacted with women working in tailoring unit launched by Amarchinta Silk Handloom Weavers Producer Organization and promised to provide necessary support to create livelihood for more women.

Top Mission Leaders of SwayamUpadhi.com  visited Amarchinta Silk Handloom Cluster and interacted with CEO and Weavers. The cluster is very well planned and quite encouraging. It is based on the premise of making weavers and organization self  reliant instead of depending on outside funds. Mr.Chandrashekar, CEO is dedicated to the cause and he is committed to making this initiative self sustaining and profitable while making all the stake holders prosper in the process. 

 SwayamUpadhi.com has launched Startup Meet on 30.09.2023 at our office. Entrepreneurs from Education, Social Service, Textiles and Technology Sales participated in the first Startup Meet. We had very good discussions on their pressing needs and issues. Proper strategy and roadmap would be worked out shortly with each individual entrepreneur separately.

SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures top mission leaders had an interaction with DD Handlooms and discussed various issues associated with the development of weavers and handlooms industry. The knowledge of DD regarding handloom industry and his understanding of even micro aspects is stupendous  and amazing. Now SwayamUpadhi.com is in the process of creating a specific roadmap for handlooms industry and creating a sustainable, viable and profitable eco system for the development of artisans associated with the handloom industry.

As part of स्वयंनिर्भर SWAYAMNIRBHAR NGO TRASFORMATION PROJECT met top management committee of SwayamKrushi and discussed various options for development and  making the unit self reliant. Swayamkrushi is doing a yeomen service for the mentally challenged people for the past few decades. One of the top NGOs with a firm commitment and dedication for the cause. SwayamUpadhi.com is proud to be associated with Swayamkrushi in providing whatever possible help in taking its mission forward. 

Top Mission Leaders of SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures Mr.Sridhar Gopi, CEO and Dr. Krishna, Country Head, India has started consultative meetings with various Industry Leaders, Institutions, Agencies, NGOs and Officials of Government Departments and Authorities to seek their cooperation and extend our support in achieving the common goals and tasks. The response from the concerned authorities are really amazing and encouraging. The interactions are adding a lot of value addition in defining various issues properly and designing possible solutions.

Top Mission Leaders of SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures today met eminent artist and artisan Sri KY Das and discussed various developmental plans with him. The meeting has strengthened our resolve to support artists and artisans and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for them. Further it has also been decides to work together for creating livelihood opportunities for women, youth and artists and rural people.

Mr.Sridhar Gopi, CEO, SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures interacting with participants at an event organized by Bharat Gas. He addressed grass root workers of distributors of Bharat Gas who deliver gas cylinders to customers. The program was a huge success and almost all participants expressed their extreme happiness. The speech has created a positive vibration in the lives of gas cylinders delivery boys and mechanics. 

Mr.Sridhar Gopi, CEO, SwayamUpadhi.com visited new startup, a garment manufacturing firm. He welcomed them to incubation program. He has provided lot of valuable guidance regarding the functioning of garment unit. The unit is very well planned and started with a lot of commitment and enthusiasm. 

Mr.Sridhar Gopi, CEO, SwayamUpadhi.com Social Ventures visited an ancient food processing unit which is mainly into production of cold pressed oils. He had a very clear and precise interaction regarding the industry and the need for having mentors for every startup business. We have decided to work together in the expansion of industry in general and Taruh in particular.
